Exploring....

Every single day since I started making jewelry has been

a wonderful journey..

Ive gone through simple wrapping into

more intricate wirewrapping..

And then I discovered solder,and flame and metals..

Oh what a joy!Being able

give soul to a cold metal is truly

amazing!

Being totally selftaught had its ups and downs..

I have experienced a wide range of emotions..

Disappointment and joy through trial and error..

Moments when I felt I could create nothing

but mediocre..nothing but something that

was seen again and again and again..

But there where times that I felt proud

of my creations..

Being stubborn really helped..

So, I started experimenting with casting..

It is an interesting technique..and it

will be a lovely journey..

of course they are not ready yet..

But, they will be soon..

I hope you had lots of fun during these

last days of 2010..I hope you spent

them with people you love, with lots

of bubbly, and laughter and dreams

about the new year..

It was something like this for me..

The week off work was great.I got some

much needed rest..I bought some presents..

I read some books, drunk my wine in front

of the fire place with my loved ones..

I wish you all a very happy New Year..

full of love and laughter..

oh...and I made some new things.. :)

It doesnt happen to me often..

to feel proud of my creations..

Dont let me be misunderstood though..

I dont

mean I dont love my creations..I do..

I love each and every little piece I ve created..

simple or intricate.large or small..

because each piece was made with

extra care, love and joy..

BUT............................

there are times, itsy bitsy moments

when looking at a piece I have JUST created,

makes me smile with PRIDE....
